Mediation in our country started with the entry into force of the Law on Arbitration in civil disputes on 22.06.2012. Mediation is a way of resolving the dispute between the parties, with the help of an impartial third party to be determined by the parties or determined by the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice, without applying to court or through negotiations with the guidance of the courts.
In our office, we offer arbitration services as an Mediation Office for discretionary arbitration in disputes stipulated by the Laws. We also offer Expert arbitration services for Mandatory Mediation which entered into force in 2018 regarding disputes arising from Labor Law, in 2019 regarding Commercial Affairs and in 2020 regarding Consumer disputes.
In the mandatory mediation system arising from the law, the arbitrator is appointed as a result of the application to the mediation Centers located in the courthouses. An mediator can also be appointed and determined intentionally by mutual agreement of the parties.

Our founding attorney Meral Aslan is an Expert arbitrator who is also registered in the Registry of the Department of Mediation. As a result of the Mandatory mediation appointments made by the Ministry of Justice and discretionary mediation services, disputes are resolved very quickly. Our office also provides advocacy services in mediation to its clients.
