Consultancy services are provided in the matrimonial property regime agreements to be concluded before and/or after the marriage between the parties residing in Turkey and abroad. Legal consultancy regarding questions and problems arising from the termination of engagement is provided, and legal actions are taken if necessary. Consensual divorce protocols are arranged and negotiated with the other party and/or attorney. Our firm takes the cases such as divorce, division of matrimonial property, establishment of paternity and denial of paternity. Necessary legal actions are taken in cases when custody and alimony are violated. Injunction is requested from the court in cases of domestic violence and similar cases, and the current conducts are maintained as may be required.
