Consultancy services are provided to clients, both employers and employees, for preparing the employment and release agreements, and also for revising the existing employment agreements. In the cases of terminated employment agreements, the process is managed as necessary and mediation and litigation services are provided if there is conflict. Clients are represented in disputes regarding reemployment, and collection of labor receivables due to termination and wage-like labor receivables. Besides, legal support is provided for all questions and issues regarding work accidents, occupational diseases, loyalty, confidentiality and non-compete obligations; and the process regarding legal disputes arising from these reasons is pursued. Proceedings, defense request letters, warnings and termination notices are prepared by communicating with the human resources units of the clients.
