Litigation and consultancy services are provided to real and legal persons, who are data controllers, within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. An active work is performed to determine the governing obligations and convey them to the clients. Agreements are prepared and/or existing agreements are revised for ensuring the compliance of clients activities with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. Support is provided by means of the information for raising and protecting the necessary awareness. The judgements of the Association of Protection of Personal Data are investigated; all necessary administrative, legal and penal applications are made and legal processes are pursued.
